No, it doesn't have to do with the avatars.
Last night I was on dA when I started getting a shitton of virus warnings. Then Photoshop, WoW and MSN stopped working.
I believe someone is taking advantage of April Fools in all the wrong ways, so if you don't have an anti-javascript addon such as Noscript, I encourage you to get one.
I am still trying to clean my computer. I believe it was a few different forms of the Jifas trojan that infected me.
